BLOOD TYPE

IF you do not know your blood type or unsure, follow the below instructions to purchase an at-home instant kit, and video of “how-to”:

• Please send us a picture via text at 561-848-5605 of the results before putting the plastic cover over the card so we can make sure the results are accurate & useable.

 

LABWORK 

If you have any lab work or scans you would like reviewed PRIOR to your appt. with Wendy, please send in an email to info@wellnaturally.com or snail mail.  Paperwork will not be reviewed on the spot at the time of your visit.

 

PREPARE FOR VISIT

• Please be prepared to remove all jewelry before your appointment

• It is best to avoid caffeine for at least 2 hours prior to your visit

• Please be prepared to leave a urine sample upon arrival 

• Please bring all vitamins & supplements you are taking with you to your first visit and all follow up visits
